The Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB) intend to close the existing Nordwestbahnhof. The City of Vienna has already had an urban development model drawn up for the development of a new district on the site of the Nordwestbahnhof with an area of around 44 ha and approx. 780,000m2 gross floor area with approx. 5,000 flats.

METHODOLOGY:
Feasibility and preliminary development studies
on use, design and traffic with environmental analyses on infrastructure, traffic, built urban fabric, green zones, etc.
