"CO WORKING & CO LIVING - BENEFIT FROM INTERIM USE".

CONCEPT & VISION:
To provide affordable living or working space as well as generous common areas with "urban gardening" on the 400m2 roof terrace in a central yet quiet location and to create an experimental field for creative start ups & young entrepreneurs working on urban issues - a "creative hub". Offering discourses, talks, events, exhibitions etc. strengthens community and inspires active participation and collaboration in the project.

Furnishing from various hotel clearances
Adaptations on own initiative

INTERMEDIATE USE as a CHANCE:
start ups become tenants for future commercial space
