CONCEPT:
Compact apartment floor plans with penthouse apartments on the upper floors.
General use green space with wellness area on podium roof.

METHOD - WORKSHOP:
Thematic areas were elaborated in different workshops in order to develop a sustainable & coherent design and use concept.
Also due to different cultural backgrounds of the client (Vietnam) and the commissioned planning office (Singapore & Europe) this method was helpful & successful.
